Agile like a walk-behind, productive like a ride-on — 7,500m² per hour

The ASC Eureka E100 is a ride-on combination machine designed to deliver the agility of a walk-behind with the productivity of a ride-on scrubber dryer. With a 1,000 mm cleaning path and a performance of 7,500 square metres per hour at 7.5 km/h, it delivers remarkable cleaning output in a compact, robust machine built for commercial and industrial environments.

Equipped with the exclusive ECOsystem® as standard, the E100 saves water, detergent and hours of work with significant reductions in running costs compared to conventional scrubber dryers. The patented ECOsystem® includes an automatic cleaning cycle that reuses cleaning solution, reducing both consumption and the time spent on refilling and emptying. The FlowMASTER® system keeps the solution flow proportional to the speed of the machine at all times.

The E100 is backed by ASC’s Advantage Plus 4-year warranty on parts and labour, plus a 100% satisfaction guarantee. It is used by thousands of businesses across Australia.

Stainless steel throughout, protected traction motor and intuitive controls

The E100 is built to last. The stainless steel twin brush deck, stainless steel squeegee and stainless steel frame (CHROME® version) deliver added resistance and durability in environments where the machine is exposed to corrosive elements. Protective bumpers on the brush deck guard against contact damage during operation.

The traction motor is vertically installed in the front of the machine and drives the front wheel via a sealed, lubricated gearbox that protects it against impact, dirt and humidity. The self-levelling splashguard maintains consistent floor contact across all surface types. A stainless steel anti-dust filter protects the vacuum motor.

The control panel is easy to read and use, allowing the operator to monitor all machine features and activate or deactivate them with a single button press. The Brush’O-Matic® system allows rapid brush coupling and uncoupling. Brush pressure is adjustable between 55 and 75 kg. The stainless steel squeegee adjusts without tools, and the Linatex® or Olires® blades can be rotated without tools and used on all four sides.

Frequently asked questions

What does 'agile like a walk-behind, productive like a ride-on' mean for the E100?

The ASC Eureka E100 is designed to combine the manoeuvrability and compact footprint of a walk-behind scrubber dryer with the cleaning output of a ride-on machine. It delivers 7,500 square metres per hour at 7.5 km/h with a 1,000 mm cleaning path.

What is the ECOsystem® and how does it work on the E100?

The ECOsystem® is an exclusive technology included as standard on the E100 with an automatic cleaning cycle. It reuses cleaning solution, significantly reducing water consumption, detergent use and the time spent on emptying and refilling.

What is the DoseMatic® system and is it included as standard?

The DoseMatic® system is an optional feature for the E100 that reduces detergent consumption by up to 50% while increasing productivity and cleaning quality. It is available as an option rather than standard equipment.

What makes the E100 suitable for environments with corrosive elements?

The E100 uses stainless steel as standard for the brush deck, squeegee and, in the CHROME® version, the frame. This provides added resistance and durability in environments where the machine is exposed to corrosive cleaning agents or environmental conditions.

Can the E100 be used in noise-sensitive environments?

Yes. The E100 has an extremely low noise level, making it suitable for use at any time in any type of building, including hospitals, schools, religious buildings and offices where noise restrictions may apply.
