The ASC G5 HD is a high-performance, industrial grade sweeper designed for efficient debris removal in urban, commercial and industrial environments. The machine offers exceptional dust control, operator comfort and very long run time between charging intervals.
The ASC G5 is powered by a 36V AGM battery system, and is also available in lithium ion. Due to its powerful drive motor, it has the ability to climb inclines up to 25%, making it suitable for sweeping steep ramps, car parks and other sites with high inclines.
The machine is widely used in the warehousing and outdoor market, delivering a working capacity of 10,875 m²/h with a 1,450 mm cleaning path and a forward speed of 7.5 km/h.
Powerful filtration, high-dump hopper and water misting system
The ASC G5 is equipped with a maintenance free baghouse dust control system with a 5 sqm filtration area, ensuring 99.9% capture of fine dust and contaminants. The water misting system effectively eliminates airborne dust during sweeping.
The waste hopper raises to 1,500 mm for easy disposal directly into a general waste bin. The 150 litre hopper capacity and 4.5 to 5 hour run time make it suited to extended cleaning shifts across large facilities.
The ASC G5 is designed with easily accessible components, with all panels able to be removed in seconds for quick and easy maintenance. Safety lights fitted 3 metres around the machine ensure maximum visibility in busy environments.
