The ASC MACRO M60 is the latest generation mechanical suction road sweeper. With a 6.2 m³ hopper and a capacity of 6 tonnes, it is built for the collection of very heavy materials across extended run times, making it the right machine for aluminium, cement, mining and port applications where compact dimensions and outstanding cleaning efficiency are both required.
The filtered suction mechanical sweeping system, combined with the M60’s solid structure, makes it suitable for cleaning in very dusty facilities. The compact footprint delivers the cleaning productivity of a much larger machine in a vehicle that can operate within the space constraints of an active industrial plant.
EASY START, four wheel steering and pressurised cabin — engineered for productivity and operator comfort
The EASY START system means a single button press activates all machine functions automatically, ensuring that almost any operator can run the M60 with minimal training. The on board diagnostic system monitors the machine continuously and reports faults immediately through a coding system that allows any technician to locate and remedy problems quickly.
The four wheel steering system has been carefully engineered to achieve maximum sweeping productivity. The cabin is state of the art in comfort and specification — pressurised and carefully insulated, it maintains a comfortable working environment in varying outside temperatures, noise levels, vibration and dust.
For applications requiring greater ground clearance, the optional Porter Lifting System allows the vehicle height to increase, eliminating undercarriage damage on uneven or obstructed terrain.
