The ASC DS3000 is engineered for continuous-duty operation in manufacturing, mining, cement and processing industries. It effectively collects powdered material and heavy debris such as cement, plasterboard and fine dust. The DS3000 can be understood by any operator in seconds.
The DS3000 is fitted with a side channel-turbine for maximum dust filtration, and comes with a choice of three different filter configurations for a range of applications. Multiple optional filters provide 99.993% dust filtration and asbestos/silica compliance.
To increase the DS3000’s hopper capacity and run time, the machine can be paired with an optional pre-separator unit. The machine is easy to transport due to its heavy-duty castor assembly.
Optional pre-separator — 400L extra capacity with liquid suction and tipping function
The ASC DS3000 with its optional mobile pre-separator allows for extra hopper capacity. The pre-separator gives an additional 400L hopper volume, with an optional liquid sucking function; perfect for large factory operations.
The pre-separator features a unique tipping function that eliminates back injuries and allows for simple emptying. It can also effectively be used for sucking up liquids and solids simultaneously with an optional liquid level sensor fitted.
