The ASC LitterVac is the only industrial steel manufactured LitterVac available on the world market. Rugged and versatile, the ASC LitterVac Power Vac handles a wide range of debris including machine shop shavings, flat stock, cans, bottles, broken glass, sand, pieces of wire, foam packing and plastic pellets. It is ideal for use in factories, warehouses, stables, indoor and outdoor sports facilities, machine shops, amusement parks and regional airports.
Powered by two 12-volt deep cycle batteries producing a 24-volt system, with a 1 HP DC Motor at 3,200 RPM, and available in 30″ or 40″ sweep widths, the battery Power Vac clears up to 40,000 square feet per hour. At only 54″ long, it is highly maneuverable and easily transportable in a mini-van, van, trailer bed or pick-up truck.
Purpose built for performance and simplicity
Unlike conventional vacuums that rely on belts, chains and unnecessary moving parts, the LitterVac has a deliberately simplified design with minimal components. Fewer parts means fewer failure points, lower maintenance requirements and consistently reliable performance. The steel suction impeller and frame ensure extremely long life and low maintenance costs.
The patented tapered intake provides side collection, allowing the unit to pick up debris from outside the machine width on every pass. The exclusive booster baffle tackles more difficult litter that other machines leave behind, while the exclusive deflector baffle protects the operator throughout the job.
The quick tilt feature with snap-on dolly assembly allows the unit to pull large objects into the air suction. The 11 cu. ft. polyester bag ensures perfect balance for the tilt. The impeller shaft guard prevents string, wire and similar materials from wrapping around and binding on the shaft.
