The client
Tully’s Corner is a specialty produce store based in Mornington, in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. The store is widely known for its premium produce and attracts customers from across the outer suburbs of Melbourne who are looking for the best quality food available. The offering spans a café, fresh meat, fruit and vegetables, and a curated selection of fine Italian imported foods.
Owner Frank Brancatisano has built the store’s reputation on the quality of what he stocks and sells. That same commitment to quality extends to how the store is maintained and presented to customers.
The challenge
Frank wanted to lift the standard of cleanliness across the store’s concrete floors and made the decision to invest in a walk behind floor scrubber. Choosing the right machine was not straightforward. Frank assessed multiple brands on the market before making a decision, approaching the purchase with the same care and discernment he applies to selecting the produce he stocks.
He was looking for a machine that was meaningfully stronger than the comparable options on the market, backed by real field service support, and capable of delivering a result that matched the high presentation standards his store is known for. A machine that would simply do the job adequately was not enough. Frank wanted the best.
The result
Frank chose the ASC i8 walk behind floor scrubber after a demonstration that left no room for doubt. The machine cleaned the concrete floor spotlessly and proved far superior to the other brands he had evaluated. The combination of build quality, cleaning performance and the real field service support that ASC provides convinced Frank that investing a little more for a machine that would last many years longer than the alternatives was the right decision for Tully’s Corner.
ASC Victorian Manager Ken Pepyat personally installed Frank’s new ASC i8 scrubber at the Mornington store.
